[Pkg-graphite-maint] Bug#878207: graphite-web: Migration files missing

Dear Maintainer,

The migration files for the graphite sub apps are missing. Without these, running

$ graphite-manage migrate

on a fresh install doesn't create all the tables required to run graphite web.
No pages are available, therefore the package is unusable.

Apps that need migrations:
 * graphite.account
 * graphite.dashboard
 * graphite.events
 * graphite.url_shortener
