GStreamer 0.9 & sjoerd

        Hi,

 I've added sjoerd (Sjoerd Simons) to the Alioth project, he plans
 working on the 0.9 series of GStreamer in the experimental/ branch.

 FYI, I initially planned naming the 0.9 packages gstreamer0.10 to avoid
 goign through NEW a hundreds of times, but after discussion with
 upstream, this doesn't look very sane to do, and seems to imply a lot
 of work.  In particular, upstream doesn't want to see its tarball
 reversionned, nor versionned binaries such as "gst-launch-0.10" from a
 0.9 release.

 I'll commit the package structure, and try to do the quick changes I
 planned prior to leaving the field to sjoerd's hands, as he as plenty
 of time to work on these.
