I'd like to have a new gstreamer-editor-dev package that would own the static
libraries and header files for the gst-editor.

 I think it has now been a long time that gstreamer-editor ships all
 files, even *.la, *.a, *.so, and *.h.  Since this is of small size and
 gstreamer-editor is meant for developers, there was no need of a
 separate package.

 I'm closing this bug.
