Btw, in case no one noticed, there's the gst-plugins/debian/maint
makefile thing to list missing stuff.  I had been doing "make -f
debian/maint missing-so" to list potential new plugins when a new
upstream release came out.  Along with missing-libs to see if they
needed a new package or would go in -misc.
