GStreamer 0.8.10

        Hi,

 I've prepared GStreamer 0.8.10, I basically:
 - went familiar with the Debian package
 - reviewed the upstream diff
 - closed bugs that were closed by the new upstream release
 - bumbed shlibs version dependency, since the new upstream comes with
   new elements
 - added myself to uploaders

 It would be nice if someone else could review the new upstream release
 and my own changes, and while I think this is close to upload, I would
 feel better if a binary compatibility checking program was run over the
 shared lib, and if bug #301190 was taken a look at.  The other bugs can
 wait next Debian package.  The debian/patches/doc-build.patch might
 need some updating, and it's worthwhile to note that upstream used a
 different test to detect the CPUID instruction.

 My generic "new-upstream-release" notes are attached, and I'll check
 for file/directories disparities and interdiff the Debian diffs prior
 to declaring this suitable for upload.

 I'll continue this process tomorrow evening, but feel free to do it and
 upload the package if you feel like it.
