gts-plugins0.8 fails with broken packages but apt-get can install them

        Hi,

 gst-plugins0.8 is only missing an ia64 build, but it failed because of
 "borken pacakges":
 http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=gst-plugins0.8&ver=0.8.11-1&arch=ia64&stamp=1128026428&file=log&as=raw

 I've setup apt-get to use Architecture=ia64, and could successfully
 invoke "install" without the borken packages warning.

 Could someone please have a look at the buildd and the reason of the
 uninstallability?
