 The bug is in liboil.  What liboil version do you have?

    dpkg -l liboil\*

 Your bug seems similar to #312325, which is fixed with liboil0.3
 version 0.3.3-1.

 When reporting bugs happening during package installation, you might
 want to look at /var/lib/dpkg/info/<package>.postinst to get a picture
 of what's happening.
