 Muine uses a GStreamer plugin and element called "playbin" which does
 the actual task ok playing.  This is shipped in gstreamer0.8-misc, but
 it might have to be shipped in gstreamer0.8-playbin; in both cases, the
 package shipping the playbin element should depend or recommend
 elements enabling its correct behavior.

 Hence, I'm reassigning this bug to GStreamer.
