problem with libgstreamer-gconf0.8-0 and gconf2

 Typical missing ${misc:Depends}, thanks for spotting the issue!  Don't
 hesitate to file a RC bug, it's deserved.

 Fixed in SVN.  (I'm waiting for a testing transition, and I'm not sure
 I'll upload that soon.)
