Bug#360536: gstreamer0.10-plugins-good: matroskamux audio input does not work

It is not possible to input any audio into matroskamux below follows a
typical error message.


ajh at machine:~$ gst-launch  filesrc location=basic.wav ! wavparse !
audioconvert ! matroskamux ! filesink location=test.avi
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
Pipeline is PREROLLING ...
ERROR: from element /pipeline0/wavparse0: Internal data stream error.
Additional debug info:
gstwavparse.c(1143): gst_wavparse_loop (): /pipeline0/wavparse0:
streaming stopped, reason not-negotiated
ERROR: pipeline doesn't want to preroll.
Setting pipeline to NULL ...
FREEING pipeline ...

The part of the error saying "streaming stopped, reason
not-negotiated" is common regardless of what type of audio 
source used (i.e alsasrc,  file, movie, etc). The same problem does
not show up in pipes without the matroska muxer.
