Request for gstreamer-plugin-good 0.10.4

Hi, all gstreamer debian package maintainer. 

I respect your passion and efforts to make gstreamer to be released. 

I heard that several days ago, new version of gst-plugin-good released and
I saw the news

in this site. http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/releases/gst-plugins-
good/0.10.4.html 

 

I have some character encoding problem in plugin-good-0.10.3 so I hope that
new version

of plugin-good to be released into debian packaged soon(0.10.4 version
solved many idv2.3,utf8 releated bugs)
