Bug#370362: gst-plugins-base0.10: Regression from gstreamer 0.8: lost support for dav

After upgrade of totem-gstreamer, which now uses gstreamer 0.10 over
0.8, dav:// urls are not supported any more.

I get the following message with GST_DEBUG=2:
gstplaybasebin.c(1476):setup_source:<play> error: No URI handler implemented for "dav".

The gstreamer0.10-gnomevfs package is installed.
