Orphaning Python GStreamer packages

Hi,

Since the new Python policy is unmanagable, I've orphaned my GStreamer
Python packages. If someone wants to transfer them to be maintained by
the GStreamer team, that's fine. However, since there is currently no
consensus on how Python modules should be packaged, whoever works on
them has a very bumpy road ahead of them.

I expect Python 2.4 will be mandatory for most GTK/GStreamer
applications soon anyway (due to D-BUS), and so if Debian doesn't
migrate to Python 2.4 in time for etch the packages may be irrelevant
anyway.
