gst-plugins-bad stuck in NEW for a very long time

Hello again,

I've not heard anything on why gst0.10-plugins-bad remains stuck in NEW,
for four months now. Can someone please process this package, or tell me
why it's stuck? I have been using the package on my own systems since I
uploaded it.

It's needed to support several formats in GStreamer that were present in
0.8 (Musepack, WavPack) and also contains some of the modules necessary
to port applications, e.g. Istanbul, to GStreamer 0.10.
