gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad

Hi maintainers,
I'm trying to let istanbul use gstreamer0.10.
It needs "ximagesrc" that seems to be present in latest versions of
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad; but the problem is that I can't find a
Debian package to depend on.

Is it done voluntarly? There are any rationale (maybe instability) to
let it out? 

If not, I will report a RFP to wnpp. I'd like to have it at least
available in experimental. 

Unfortunately, now I haven't enough time to ITP it by myself and to
start working on this plugin package.
