Hi,

Sometimes ago, a patch to fix the build of gst-plugins-base0.10 has been
merged. It fixes the fact that the v4l part is only build on GNU/Linux.
Thanks!

However, a smaller bug reappeared recently because libgstvideo4linux.so
is listed twice in gstreamer-plugins-base.install, one directly (which
breaks the build on GNU/kFreeBSD), and one via the @video4linux@
"variable".

The attached patches fix the problem.
