gtreamer0.8-tools: gst-feedback-0.8 0.8.9-2 fails to find its targets
because it uses unversioned names for the binaries it tries to use.

gst-feedback-0.8 tries to find or run gst-inspect and gst-launch but
they don't exist on debian sarge.

gst-feedback-0.8 should be trying gst-inspect-0.8 and gst-launch-0.8 to
find the binaries it is looking for.
