 This is almost certainly a bug in liboil which performs CPU specific
 optimizations.  Please attach your /proc/cpuinfo, the compressed output
 of oil-bugreport to this bug, and please mention the version of
 liboil0.3 on your system.

 (I'm reassigning the bug to the liboil0.3 package.)
