Bug#436324: gst-editor: FTBFS: unmet b-dep libgstreamer0.8-dev

Replacing it with one on 0.10 won't be sufficient, you'll have to add
something like the following to configure.ac and then update your
autostuff -- which I haven't checked thoroughly.
