Bug#409500: gconf: Dynamically change sink

AFAICS, if you change the gconf settings for gstreamer sinks, you have
to restart applications using the gconf gstreamer sink in order to use
the new settings.

It would be neat if it were possible to switch the sound from one system
to another without having to restart the application.

Priority: very low.
