Hi,

Those files can be tricky. I'm not sure what mp3info does different from
gstreamer to get this right, but it's worth investigating. 

Anyway, this is a GStreamer issue, so I'm reassigning the bug. Upstream
bug 428021 is probably relevant, but I'll leave that for the maintainers
to decide.
