If you don't understand the normal issues of using unstable, you can 
either use testing or stable instead of unstable or try to find out what 
  the problem is and how the developers try to fix them or how to not 
get the issue till it's solved...

By the way a binNMU is an NMU (Non-maintainer upload) where no source 
changes are necessary on the build daemons of the affected 
architectures. It's like a rebuild on an architecture for a package 
which is already with the same version in the archive on that architecture.
