Bug#468766: Followup to #468766

This is likely due to the heisenbug in schroedinger I just fixed
the other day.  (Haha, heisenbug in schroedinger.  I've been waiting
over a year to tell that joke.)

This is the relevant commit.  No clue if it applies properly to 1.0.1.
1.0.2 will be out within a week or two.
