Thanks for confirming. 

I'm reassigning this bug to the gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad package (at
least that's where the MMS element lives). 

GStreamer maintainers; the problem is the second stream in the bug
report, which fails to play in GStreamer, but works fine in Xine:
