Hi,

First of all, thanks for adding the midi decoder to GStreamer! 

While GStreamer apps can be made to play back midi, there seems to be
a problem with detecting the plugin sometimes. For example, when
trying to convert midi with Soundconverter, or adding midi files to
the Totem playlist and pressing Next:

    libWildMidi(WildMidi_Init:3707): ERROR Library not Initialized
    ** Message: don't know how to handle audio/midi
    ** Message: Error: A audio/midi decoder plugin is required to play
    this stream, but not installed.
    gstdecodebin.c(792): close_pad_link (): /play/decodebin1:
    No decoder to handle media type 'audio/midi'

I'm not sure if this is a problem with WildMidi or GStreamer.
