Hi,
the h261 encoder is disabled in ffmpeg-free for patent reasons. In the
older snapshots in unstable ffmpeg -formats still lists it for some
reason although the encoding support is removed, this is fixed in the
experimental snapshot.

Would still be nice to have h261 encoding support, maybe as a new ffmpeg
package in non-free if possible.
