My GNOME mixer applet (which I think is the same thing Hongzheng meant
by volume-control applet) fails to load after upgrading gstreamer from
0.10.15-4 to 0.10.16-1.

I am getting exactly the same backtrace when running
/usr/lib/gnome-applets/mixer_applet2.

Shouldn't this bug be RC?
