done, but syntax should be:
dh_makeshlibs -V "libgstrtspserver-0.10-0 (>= 0.10.3)" -- -c4
otherwise I got some lintian complains for the resulting shlibs
file.

can you retry? for me it builds correct. Also your log doesn't show
any failure reason :/

P.S.: I updated to 0.10.4, which is needed by the gnome-dvb-daemon,
which has been released some hours ago.
