Elisa is going to be removed from Debian unstable and will not be a part
of the next release, calles Squeeze.  Due to this, the packages are no
longer maintained.

For now you could try Moovida, the reincarnation of Elisa, from the
Debian experimental suite, if you like.  Hopefully soon, an upgrade path
will be available.
