Bug#549617: gstreamer0.10-plugins-gl: needs dependency on libgstreamer-plugins-gl0.10-0

If libgstreamer-plugins-gl0.10-0 is not installed, the following occurs:

  lakeview no % gst-inspect-0.10 opengl
  
  (gst-inspect-0.10:19089): GStreamer-WARNING **: Failed to load plugin '/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstopengl.so': libgstgl-0.10.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
  No such element or plugin 'opengl'

Installing libgstreamer-plugins-gl0.10-0 makes the command work
correctly.  Since the non-documentation contents of the package
basically consist entirely of the plugin, the package is not usable in
any meaningful way without libgstreamer-plugins-gl0.10-0.
