extra plugins in recent gstreamer0.10-plugins-* packages

Hi slomo,

now that the opencore-amr codecs are supported by 
gst-plugins-ugly0.10, is it still possible to built the former 
amrnb/amrwb plugins or should I remove them from debian/extras?
