extra plugins in recent gstreamer0.10-plugins-* packages

I've removed the gstreamer-amrnb extra package from gst-plugins-ugly 
and renamed the gstreamer-amrwb extra package to gstreamer-amrwbenc in 
gst-plugins-bad.
