What about gstreamer0.10-pulseaudio, or -esd?

Sebastian, is adding a dependency on some gstreamer package fine here? I've
thought about some package that -alsa, -pulseaudio, -esd, etc provide, but
-audiosource and -audiosink are also provided by some of the plugins packages
(and I don't know if those would be right anyway).
