Bug#563900: pitivi: Doesn't start (ImportError: No module named instance)

I've seen this error too. After Googling, this looks like the same bug
as #533839.  The solution for me was:

 sudo rm /usr/lib/pitivi/python/pitivi/pitivi.pyc

But I find it hard to believe that I would have manually installed
pitivi under /usr/ - could a previous pitivi package not have cleaned
the python stuff when removed?
