Bug#588459: buzztard-data: Online manual pages inaccessable

After the Buzztard manual start page is loaded, none of the links on there
works. The pages cannot be found. The links look like this:

1. Introduction:
file:////usr/share/gnome/help/buzztard-edit/C/buzztard-edit.xml?bt-edit-
introduction

2. Getting started:
file:////usr/share/gnome/help/buzztard-edit/C/buzztard-edit.xml?bt-edit-
tutorial

3. The main window:
file:////usr/share/gnome/help/buzztard-edit/C/buzztard-edit.xml?bt-edit-main

and so on.

According to the list of installed files of this package, the xml file in
question is correctly put in:
/usr/share/gnome/help/buzztard-edit/C/buzztard-edit.xml
