My message after meeting with all African Union (AU) Presidents especially President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan of Nigeria is to inform you of the circular through reports of finding submitted last week by AU-Contract Verification Debt Payment Commission (AU-CVDPC) between July 2009 to date, set-up by newly Nigerian, to make sure that all contractors and inheritors receive US$2.5m as compensation to their unpaid fund before the end of this quarter. However, President Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has given sole authority to Fidelity Bank Nigeria Plc to oversee these payments.
The UN has given 10 days mandate to the Nigerian Government to expedite payment actions to this listed unjustly denied contractors/beneficiaries whose debt funds was used to float illicit money laundering by some corrupt officials in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), in collaboration with past governments of President Olusegun Obasanjo and late President Musa Yar'adua of Nigeria, that tells all manner of lies to keep you busy with mere papers works.
