Hi,

in our attempt to get rid of HAL in Debian [1], buzztard is one of the
remaining packages depending on it.
According to this upstream blog post, buzztard has already been updated
to use GUdev instead.
Please consider packaging a newer snapshot, where the hal dependency has
been disabled.
