gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad relies on libsoundtouch1c2, which is currently
uninstallable in sid and seems like it is being removed across the board.
This prevents me from installing programs like Pidgin and Audacity, which
rely on gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad.
