Bug in lates update of gstreamer packages on debian testing

Hello!

I've updated the gstreamer packages on Debian Testing and Totem can not 
display videos anymore.
I've just asked the gstreamer people and they help me to solve the problem.

The problem is caused by the liborc package. On testing, 0.4.13 version 
causes the bug.

Updating the liborc package from 0.4.13 to 0.4.14 the problem is solved.

Maybe you must include the 0.4.14 version on testing to avoid other 
users having this problem.
