Bug#665543: gst-plugins-bad0.10: Including individual glib headers no longer supported

Seem like the spc plugin is no longer built.
So while there is still a bug in the source, it no longer affects the
build and it won't cause a build failure once we upload glib 2.34 to
unstable.
