Bug#665543: gst-plugins-bad0.10: Including individual glib headers no longer supported

Attached is a patch which fixes the glib includes in the spc plugin.
Even if this code is not built in the Debian package, please consider
forwarding the patch to upstream.
I've already downgraded the severity since the package will no longer
ftbfs with glib 2.34.
