Hi Xavier,

please check the documentation at gstreamer.freedesktop.org and
especially the Application Development Manual and the Plugin Writer's
Guide.

To "load" several frames you'll have to keep them around. Your element
will get them one by one.

Also this list might be a better place for such questions :)
