Bug#717913: gstreamer1.0-plugins-good: cairo plugin missing

Dear Maintainers,

For versions 1.0.7 and 1.0.8 (current version in jessie and sid), at least the
cairo plugin is missing from the installed libraries.

More specifically, there is a discrepancy between the listing of 'good'
gstreamer plugins according to the installed documentation (from gstreamer1.0
-plugins-good-doc), as given by

file:///usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gst-plugins-good-plugins-1.0/index.html

and the shared libraries installed by the binary package. One example is
cairo / libgstcairo.so

The cairo plugin appears in the package currently in Debian experimental
(version 1.1.2), and works as expected, so I do not know whether this is a
packaging issue or an upstream issue of documentation being ahead of
reality/code.

Install gstreamer1.0-plugins-good from experimental (currently = 1.1.2)

The command
  gst-inspect-1.0 |grep cairo
is expected to produce the output
  cairo:  cairooverlay: Cairo overlay
but outputs nothing with the gstreamer1.0-plugins-good currently in jessie or
sid
