Bug#756641: gstreamer0.10: update libtool.m4 since libtoolized is ignored during autoreconf

I'm happy to help here by uploading an NMU. Especially as this blocks
build of qt4-x11 which is an imported part of the dependency graph.

So unless there is a reason to not to, I'll upload a fix in 1,5 days.
