Except that it's having broken values in the headers, yes :)

The audio parts are fixed with this commit:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-base/commit/?id=5ecbc9eea25f3a5e36b00662ed7412070e3298d7

Audio and video together still don't work because the video starts at 0
seconds for a few frames, and then jumps to 3 minutes for whatever
reason. avplay and vlc seem to just ignore that.

For the future it would be great if you could file such bugs directly at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org against GStreamer, then we won't have to track
it in two places :)
