Bug#742037: gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg: 686 days old; stuck in Sid since forever

gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg has apparently been stuck in Sid for about 2 years.
While I notice an FTBFS against libav9, does this concern libav10 too or
is there any other reason for this lenghty situation?
