Hi,

it looks like it needs to be rebuilt against a newer version that is now
in the backports:
https://packages.debian.org/source/wheezy-backports/libav

Back when I uploaded the current version of gst-libav the packages were
all there.

Thanks for reporting! I'll do that together with updating to 1.4.3
