Bug#873829: gstreamer1.0-plugins-base: Can't upgrade gstreamer1.0-plugins-base to 1.12.2-1

Dear Maintainer,

When I tried to upgrade the package I see that error:
gstreamer1.0-plugins-base:amd64 (1.12.2-1) over (1.10.4-1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/gstreamer1.0-plugins-
base_1.12.2-1_amd64.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-
gnu/gstreamer-1.0/libgstrawparse.so', which is also in package
gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad:amd64 1:1.10.4-dmo2

I can't remove gstreamer1.0-plugins-bad package because dpkg suggests me to
remove thousand of basic packages with it.
