Bug#866103: Package: gstreamer1.0-libav latest package is not working

You also need to get libgstreamer1.0-0 1.12.1 (currently only in
unstable, not testing). For some reason the dependencies of
gstreamer1.0-libav and others were not correctly generated.

Will have to investigate.
