Missing gstpythonplugin.so in package ?

Sorry for all typos, I'm on my phone.
I saw your questions on IRC earlier but was busy with other things.
Reason for not including the plugin is that we currently build gst-python in 4 variants. Python 2/3 and debug or not.
These should all be parallel installable, but the python plugin filename would always be the same. And even if it wasn't, you could only ever load one of the plugins into the same process and don't really have a way to choose.
I'm not sure what the solution would be for this, that's why I decided to not include the plugin. Also I wasn't aware of anybody using it anyway.
Hope that explains it, and hopefully you have an idea how to solve it :)
